Ferne McGregor Architecture

This technical module ran alongside my design project, allowing me to further investigate one of the technical systems within my design in order to further improve the building. I chose to use daylight modelling to investigate my building, partially due to the presence of the courtyard space as I was interested to see how efficient this was to bringing more light into the building. I had also identified that the site was fairly overshadowed by its context, so I wanted to see how issues caused by this could be resolved.
